Again CS Magoha Announced New School Opening Dates Since The Presidential Results Are Not Yet Out And Apologized For Any Inconvenience Caused

As the elections were approaching, the ministry of education led by Cabinet Secretary George Magoha announced a short break for all learners across the country.

 

This was to allow the electoral body prepare the polling stations as many of the learning Institutions are used as polling centres.

 

Now that the elections have been conducted, the CS has announced that learning activities will resume soon. In a short address made on Wednesday, Magoha said that all learners should report back to school on Monday 15 to continue with the syllabus.

 

The CS apologized for any inconveniences that may have been caused by the abrupt changes that have caught many off guard.

 

“I hereby convey the government’s decision that basic education institutions will open on Monday 15th August. We are apologize for any inconveniences occasioned by these changes.” Magoha said.

 

Parents have only three days to prepare their children to go to school. Those that travelled will have to speed up travelling plans to ensure that their children get to school early. Follow the page for more news updates daily.
