The month of october 2021 seems to have had the highest number of schools in Kenya that went up in flames with many being domitories.

Most causes of this fire’s have not yet been established and are under the investigations of the police but they have created a worrying trend since they occur mostly in schools that have boarding facilities.

 

 

Though the number of casualties is minimal, trauma and fear is created among the students who go through such experiences and most parents are hoping that the ministry of education will dig deep and find the root cause as well as a solution that will put this yearly re occurrence to an end.
