Being a primary school Head teacher is today an uphill task for majority of teachers



.There are even those primary school teachers who have Masters Degree but are still not in this lucrative position.



TSC has complicated the promotions for teachers to these administrative positions with many stringent conditions.




The primary schools are struggling to see that the new CBC curriculum is fully implemented.



The teachers have been attending regular trainings organised by TSC during the short school holidays.



The school heads have been left to oversee the implementation process in schools.The curriculum which is currently in grade five will land in Junior secondary schools in 2023.



The head teachers of the primary schools have received some good news on Thursday morning.



Covid 19 pandemic had haulted their yearly meetings which do see them enjoy in Mombasa during the holidays.Luckily,the meeting is fully back.



The National Chairman for KEPSHA Mr Johnson Nzioka in his letter has invited all the head teachers of primary schools for a meeting that will begin on October 2nd to 8th.




The venue remains unchanged in Mombasa at Sheik Zayed Children Conference Center in Mombasa




The 17th conference will look into the theme of ‘Access to Learning during post Covid-19 pandemic’.The teachers can now begin their preparations.Teachers Arena has revealed this.
