The CS  for education, Professor Magoha last year on 16th November 2020 announced the new academic school calendar for all learners in pre-primary, primary, and secondary schools in Kenya.

Speaking after the stakeholders’ meeting in Nairobi, the CS announced that they have reached on an agreement that all basic learning institutions were to resume full face-to-face learning on January 4th, 2021, for Term 2 which was adversely interfered with by the out Break of covid19 in march.
