A dormitory housing more than 190 students at Samoei Boys Secondary school in Nandi county was today razed down following a fire incident that began early Sunday morning.

According to Nandi East County Commissioner Leonard Mgute, no casualties were reported during the incident but several students lost all their valuables to the inferno.

Mgute revealed that security team was already reviewing CCTV footage to establish what caused the fire which broke out at 6: 00 am.
