Preparation for the next Kenya’s general election is gaining momentum day by day as political parties are trying to find the best representative in the coming election.
The body that is currently in charge of all political elections in the republic of Kenya that is Independent Electoral And Boundaries Commission have officially released the list of all registered voters in Kenya according to their record.
According to the information that has been released by the IEBC chairman mister Walufa Chebukati,below are the top ten counties with the highest number of registered voters.
Nairobi county is the leading county with two million,two hundred and fifty thousand, eight hundred and fifty three voters,followed by Kiambu county,Nakuru county, Kakamega county,Meru county, Machakos county, Murang’a County, Mombasa county, Bungoma county and Kisii county at position ten with five hundred and forty six thousand,five hundred and eighty voters.
In his speech,the IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has advised Kenyans to come out and register as voters in the process that is scheduled before the next general election
This will help them vote their leaders of choices come 2022 August 9th when the General election will be held.
