Simba Arati’s behavior lands him in trouble as mps take action. According to Sylvannus Osoro, a parliamentarian from South Mugirango, another governor may soon find himself in difficulties and subject to impeachment because of his behavior.
This occurs at a time when Meru governor Kawira Mwangaza is facing the prospect of being ousted, a move that has been supported by delegates from her own ward. Osoro claims he also has similar plans for the governor of Kisii, whose behavior, according to him, suggests he shouldn’ t be in such a position.
The Majority Whip of the National Assembly claims that after observing Arati’ s performance, he is convinced that Arati needs to be thoroughly questioned. As a result, he has disclosed that he is writing a motion of censure against him, which he and his fellow MPs intend to consider soon.

Onyonka, who actively supported Arati in the August election, has threatened to cut ties with him unless he goes back and listens to the people who gave him the chance to become governor. ” If he changes and agrees to consult widely on how he is going to govern us, I will be willing to to continue my relationship with him. Failure to which, I will immediately dissociate myself from him and his politics, “ Onyonka told the paper.
Simba Arati’ s behavior suggests that he is extremely happy to have won the Kisii governorship and that this happiness has completely blinded him to logic. Arati has been intimidating workers and employees in Kisii county, and if he is not stopped, he will cause problems for the county government because people might even consider rioting and protesting in response to his actions.
