The former Kenya National Union of Teachers boss Wilson Sossion today addressed hundreds of mourners in Bomet during a burial ceremony of a former long serving teacher.
The Orange Democratic Movement nominated legislature who is currently eyeing the Bomet county senate position has today criticized the new education system in Kenya stating that our country needs a better system and not the CBC education system.
According to honourable Sossion, the competency based curriculum popularly termed as CBC has proven to be a burden to most parents in this country.
Addressing the rampant students strikes witnessed across various secondary schools in the past few weeks, the former KNUT secretary general argued that it will be important for the government to promote good quality day schools in the future.
Mr. Wilson stated that the day schools will give learners enough time to spend with their parent.
