Commission’s Chief Executive Officer Nancy Macharia invites eligible candidates to fill up the posts by submitting online applications through the Commission’s website www.tsc.go.ke under Career Portal or www.teachersonline.go.ke.
“The goal of the program is to assign unemployed registered teachers to educational institutions, where their teaching experience will be enhanced through mentorship, coaching and practical learning experience,” read the statements.
To qualify, applicants must be teachers registered with TSC, have P1 certificate for primary school teachers and minimum Diploma in Education certificate for secondary school teachers, have original academic and vocational certificates Should, be prepared to be posted in any public education. institution among others.
Successful teachers who will be posted at the primary level will get a monthly stipend of kshs 15,000 and will be paid ksh 20,000 in the secondary.

Macharia underlined that the recruitment process is free of cost and asked interested candidates to beware of fraudsters who would extort money from them.
“Any fraudulent activity in relation to this advertisement should be reported directly to the nearest Teachers Service Commission office or the commission’s headquarters or the incident should be reported to the nearest police station,” said Macharia.
