The teachers service commission (TSC) has been the most renown agency in Kenya in terms of providing regular employment to teachers .

However, regardless of regular recruitment of teachers to the service, the vacancies available are  not enough as compared to the high number of unemployed graduate registered teachers who are available in  the market in high numbers every year.

Recently the commission employed more than 5000 teachers during the July mass recruitment exercise. 1000 More teachers were promoted from primary to secondary school.

Unfortunately, their are some schools which no applicants did show up or the ones applied didn’t qualify and therefore the schools will be forced to re-advertise the posts afresh.
